So one of my two 12" Memphis PowerBass subs wasn't hitting, so I took it out to find that the magnet wasn't on the sub. How it came off, I'll never know. Anyway, I stuck it back on but the sub isn't flexing at all. Obviously something's not lined up and now I can't get the magnet back off. Anyone have any tips on how I can get the magnet off? I've tried everything, even had help from my dad but we still can't get it off since it's so strong.
