I am looking to replace the stock speakers in a 99 Accord coupe. I realize that they may have "shallowness" limitations. However, the dimensions I found on the Infinity website (since I wanted to get Kappas) list 2 inches as the depth limit for both front door and rear deck. This is certainly wrong for the rear deck where I can clearly see the stock speakers are about 3 inches deep and there is at least another 1/4 inch to spare. Anyone have any ideas if the door speakers are also more roomy than they claim. I'm just trying to do a little upgrade and wanted advice from some folks who know alot about this stuff. Also, are the Kappas my best bet for the money to go along with a new Pioneer P4600 head unit? My finances are limited so top of the line is not an option. Thanks alot for the help.
