What's an Image Enhancer and How to Install?

It has two tweeters and a knob type attenuator. Now, how do you install such a thing, and do you need an external crossover to install them? Many thanks, Cissy

Leave it to CDT to give no power information (at all) about 'em. So we can't really tell you what else (or how else) they'll work. Sorry, -Matt
