I just bought a renault laguna 2, 12/2001 model. After a trip to the mechanic, will my radio not to work. It will have a code. My system is a renault tuner list.

Hope you can help me find out what the code is?
PS. If i can not read what it says on the picture so it says: 082 K74 5110375 1 Radio 2607 Facade Chang cd: KG0A0525975047
