Hooking up to a TV w/out outputs

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I'm getting an eye tv from el gato soon and I wanted to know if there's anyway to hook it up to my TV/VCR that only has A/V inputs when I need to hook it up using outputs. Please let me know, thanks
