What are some decent front speakers under 100$

If you're talking about coaxial speakers, there are lots for under $100. If you can do a little more than a hundred you'd be better off with a decent pair of components. Are the front speakers running off the HU or an amp? If they're only on the HU right now you're not going to notice much difference from one speaker to the next.

And I'm gunna run them off a amp, I was thinking some Alpine Speakers and a Alpine amp to power them

I like MB Quart, Morel, and Focal - in affordablity order.

Entry level Morel and Focal sound considerably better than the run of the mill stuff.

My favorite is Focal - you can get good prices on ebay.

For some what more than you wanted to spend, you can get this 6 1/2 incher Focal :

Morel speakers can be had for under $200 :

MB Quarts are quite forward sounding compare to theother 2 I mentioned, especially on top, so you have to make the decision - what type of sound you like.
