Hello, I have an internittant left front speaker in my truck. It is a Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 club cab. It has the Infinity 2 way front speakers and the whole left front goes out until I really pump the volume. I worry that the crossover has a loose or corroded connection. Can anyone tell me where the front speaker crossover is located?
I am intending to spruce up the sound and I need to start with fixing the intermittant left front speaker(s). I suspect the crossover has loose wires.
I would appreciate any advice on pulling the stereo and checking the wiring/harnessas connections as well.
Unless anyone has any better ideas...
Also, recommendations for a replacement stereo and speakers would be nice.
where is westminster from springs? you more than likely have a bad ground or something, not sure where the factory amp is, maybe under a seat? best bet would be to call dodge and ask. but if your wanting to spruce up your sound let us know a budget and can help you find the right speakers for you
