ok so i had a Jensen vm8113 head unit, but the part the faceplate conects to craped out, how do ik this? well my friend has the same headunit so i switched face plates, and mine still worked so, i was wondering where i would find the part the detachable faceplate connects to, where can i buy one online? is it cheap? please link me

First of all, the guts are expensive.

The place you'll find it cheapest is ebay (you'll have to keep looking and honestly it might be in vain).

You can also google it, maybe find someone selling one with a busted faceplate. Honestly, it would be cheaper to just buy a whole new unit, or better yet, a unit that is built well like Alpine, Pioneer, Clarion etc. That's the problem with Jensen head units: they're cheap and don't last long.
