Silver Member Username: Sleste8Shelbyville, MI United States Post Number: 155 Registered: Mar-10 | what size speaker wire do you guy's normally run for your subs? i was just woundering because i just bought a DD9515G recently. so should i stick with the wire size that it already has, or can i just use some 8 awg power wire to extend the leads to the amp? that's all i have laying around. couldn't hurt, right? |

If it won't reach, then an 8ga extender will work if you attach it correctly, but just remember it is like placing a garden hose inside a fire hose -- the water will have more room to flow, but it's the same amount of water. |
