Turn on the radio and the display will show 'CODE' Use the steering controls for code entry. Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct first digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct second digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct third digit Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct fourth digit If the correct code is now shown on screen, press and hold the [ ] button for up to 10 seconds to store the code
FOR NO STEERING CONTROL press the first preset button for the 1st digit, second button for the 2nd digit third button for 3rd digit forth button for 4th digit then press buttons 6 OR 5 to store. for 10 seconds
note the radio does not lockout after a wrong code entry it only doubles the time to wait before the next retry...if a wrong code is entered it will display error then after the delay should display "0000")
Thanks hay88 for the guide but i already did the same 2 times, actually i found some calculator software which returned me same code, few days ago. After no luck i had to ask help here
Really not sure, cause i didn't even searched for that... I already installed that back into car, will check that later in 2-3 hours. But i need to mention again that this is a Cabasse 6CD, which is actually not philips made. Check screen on the top.
p.s. but if it has such sticker what it changes for me? Maybe you have another code which i can try, don't really wanna to eject unit out of the car again
hi i think your find its alpine is it one hold unit .all does it sit below the head unit. if it is seperate then the security code you need is the one on the headunit. to retreve your code.
