How would I go about wiring a 4 ch amp and an amp for my sub( when I get it) to a stock head unit. I like my 6 disc changer so I don't want to switch it out. I know wiring the 4 ch I would just get a couple of line converters, but adding a sub amp has me confused! I am getting a dual amp install kit also, so all i need is how to wire it to the head unit!! Thanks in advance!
Use two sets of attenuators to convert the front and rear speaker outputs to RCAs. You would then need to use a front+sub (3-channel or 4-channel) amp, on the front lines, plus a 2-channel amp for the rear lines.
