Front

Head unit - Pioneer DEH-P780MP
Equilizer - AudioControl EQL

I am searching for a set of good midbass drivers which aren't very expensive but work out well as rear fill. They will be installed on the orion X-treme XTR 500.2. 125w RMS x 2. (6" to 8")

Considering -

Image Dynamics
Kicker
CDT
Eminence

Found Eminence Alpha-6C 6" - 100RMS

What do you think about these ?

There are a thousand mids out there that can fall into that description, like Tyler said, go to a local shop and give some a listen. You may find Coaxils will work better for fill anyways.
