Thinking of putting a house bose system in car, ive had many issues with my previous install so thought of a simpler way. Now, which bose system would be the simplest and bestest sound for an mr2 roadster, small space inside but i want the sound to spread. I want only 2 cube speakers and a bass bin. I need the speakers to wire into the bass bin then i can run a lead from cig lighter to 3point adapter then to bass bin? rather than find a home to connect speakers wires for power AND the bass bin for power also if that makes sense? I was thinking the multimedia companion 5 as you only need to usb cable it so that could be run to the car stereo for music transfer connection. Any suggestions on model or anything would be much appreciated

I would scratch the bose ideal and pick up a nice pair of components. I don't know about others but i have heard a lot of different speakers for less of the price of bose and they sounded a lot better.

I agree with joseph. if you want nice sound get a quality amp and run a pair of components. It seems like you will be spending way to much money just to try to put a bose system in your car, and it will probably look like a mess trying to run wires everywhere from the cig lighter.

I completely understand you want to have good sound in your car and you definitely can! too many people are stuck on mainstream speakers that really dont sound good, i know the feeling of when your in someones car and you can immediately hear the difference from a home stereo.. well thats the cheaply made mainstream speakers.

but check out rainbow, dls, focal, morel, maybe boston or mb quart if you like their sound. those companies make speakers that sound good, i think way better than bose, but thats my opinion
