I just got the word that CW released new private bin 3 days ago
Mainly for CW700 and CW800
It's unclear if it's a cardless or via IKS
Yo can actually get the bin from currentbins.com

Also be aware of FTAHQ is forwarded by runawayrentals.com
Not sure if it's hacked or what

We may see PTA back in action soon

Hardware

I've not tried this private card sharing but usualy but on most of Private CS, they use a card reader inserted between the smart card like the old card to put on sub to get the control work which is send via ethernet to other FTA!

You are right!

No mention of Hub, I will do a search to see if they will put one on market!

CW has 2 receivers with ethernet port but 700 and 800 doesn't have this!

The CaptiveWorks dongle for 700s and 800s has been around for over 3 months. It is strictly private card sharing and the prices people are quoting as exhorbitant.
