2001 Volkswage GTI Radio Code

New member Username: ZandonagtiPost Number: 1 Registered: Jan-10 | I've read different posts and have a pretty good idea of what to do as far as re-activating my radio. The only thing is I thought I had the code but after my first attempt, the radio went into "lockdown" mode and now I need to start over. 1- Is the code in any of these pics?
2- Just to make sure, I will need to keep the key in the "on" position for about 1 hour in order to have a second shot at this? 3- What if I disconnect the battery and reconnect it? Would that do the same as the 1 hour waiting period? Thanks in advance |
