Tuesday, January 05, 2010 - 00:59 GMT Been getting alot of orders lately and am now getting them started and ready to go. This first one is going in back of an S10 with 2 12W7's and 3W6's sealed. Not too far in the process of it yet but i figured i would post up some pics along the way. The lower box (for the w7's) is right around 2.75 cubic feet NET and the 3 w6's is about 1.75 cubic feet NET. Box will be stuffed with polyfill as well. It's is being finished with Heruliner.

Tuesday, January 05, 2010 - 16:59 GMT My bro had a box like that a few years back. He had a L7 and a pair of 6x9's on the top. Didn't really like how his came out. Good luck on it.

Tuesday, January 05, 2010 - 19:37 GMT Not my light beer by the way. And that's what the customer wanted, he already has a similar box in his s10 but its 10 cubes which is way too big. I tried telling him why he shouldn't be mix and matching subs but he was positive that he knew what he was doing, so oh well.

Wednesday, January 06, 2010 - 04:30 GMT i hear u what i hate is when some1 gives u a box job to do & they want it tuned 38-40hz ...u missed so much low freqs when u do that but they rather sacrifice SQ for loudness , for daily use i dont like anything tuned over 35hz ......

Wednesday, January 06, 2010 - 04:43 GMT that's not tissue paper charles. That is Putty for the screw holes until it gets sanded. Your box is going to be tuned to 34 hz. and Ben, for designs i charge $10 and with that you get a cut-list. For an enclosure build you would have to email me and i can get you a quote pretty quick. DLaudiotech@gmail.com. Same here Rovin, anything over 35hz in my opinion looses to much of the low end.

Saturday, January 09, 2010 - 03:21 GMT Finished the box. I will put on one more quick coat before the customer picks it up tomorrow. The WHOLE box is prepped using first 80 grit then 120 grit, and then has a 1/2" round-over on all the corners on the box. Finish is Herculiner.
