How can i connect car speakers to a mains supply?

Hi, people im doing my design project, and i need to know how i can connect Car speakers to the mains supply. I vaguely know what to do, but have no idea where to find theese parts, or know there proper names. Please can someone help.

Speakers, Amplifier ? :S
