Tuesday, October 06, 2009 - 16:18 GMT There is no real reasons to upgrade to 722K model unless you want to record/watch two OTA channels at the same time or get one of the new two way remote controls, which is a stupid idea)

Tuesday, October 06, 2009 - 16:26 GMT IMHO having the ability to record different channel than you are watching is PLUS for people who are into recording .. Not just over the air (OTA)

Tuesday, October 06, 2009 - 16:53 GMT Thanks, all. Yep, new install. I currently have Direct in SD, which is going away. Looks like my take on this was correct. I'm going with Dish and the '722. Sump:: WADR, I can't stand watching Nascar. I used to watch it, but once they went to a standard car and it became a sort of Demo Derby, I dropped out. IMO, Nascar peaked when Smokey Yunik showed up in his 7/8 scale Chevelle and led the race until a rod bolt went south.
