well i just recently purchased some 8"s from Paul he packed them great yet somehow one of them arrived with a tear on the surround i wasn't too worried about it but Paul decided to send me a lil something to make up for it well i just got home from work about 30 minutes ago only to find a USPS flat rate box that weighed almost nothing and as i was getting ready to open it up i see a stamp across the adress box that reads "RECIEVED WITHOUT CONTENTS" i guess somewhere through the process someone jacked the contents and just sent the box, can USPS even do that deliver an empty box and not claim it their fault? well Sorry for the bad news Paul not blaming you at all but i do appreciate you trying to make things up guess i just have bad luck lol and to top it off i'm just dying from the curiosity of knowing what the heck was in there lol
I just sent you pics to your Email they might take a while since i used my blackberry but i took a pic of the stamp across the adress box i'm still in disbelieve
Got the pics. The first pic shows what looks like a breeched end. I tape all ends so someone sticky fingered themselves your freebies. I'm truly sorry man.
With the PO cutting back on offices, personnel and any OT I can visualize employees pizzed off, looking for some payback. I'm going to go to the PO tomorrow and see if I can determine where and when that stamp was applied. All I can do is file a complaint at it's last known location when the package wasn't tampered with. Hopefully they see a trend.
I swear this type of sh1t provokes me to stop delivering sh1t without insurance. I HATE charging insurance since it affects my bottom line. Why should I have to pay extra for a secure delivery? Isn't that what I'm paying for in the first place??? So if I have to ship an item, and I want it delivered SAFELY I need to pay extra?????
Don't you have to declare a value before hand though? I didn't get to the PO today with other chit going on. I'll shoot for tomorrow. Not sure what they are going to be able to do for me.

I spoke with them Ray and you need to go down to your PO and follow up. You need to ask if there are any loose items in their unclaimed items bin, if there are any. Because insurance wasn't purchased it cannot be handled on my end. File a claim and they should request info from me at that point as the sender. Regardless how the package was breeched the empty box still had to be delivered I'm told. They "tell" me items sometimes fall out. I was there shipping Marc's tweets and showed them how it was packaged. I explained to the morons that hurricane force winds couldn't force any items out of it and it HAD to be cut open.
You're looking for 3 folding knives and a Swiss Army knife. 4 items total I believe. Because it was sliced open you won't find anything in their bins however but you have to go through the motions. Take the box with you as it has the delivery confirmation # on it as well as ship date and location.
The first words out of the woman's mouth were "Did you get insurance?". "I'm already paying for delivery, now I HAVE to pay extra to get it there safely?". It's like talking to the DMV.
I asked her what she would do if her daughter purchased an airline ticket to Paris and midway in the flight it blew up because she didn't purchase anti-blow up insurance. A safe delivery should be assumed and insured when paying for it don't ya think?

She didn't think it was funny.
^That is by far the funniest thing I have read in a long time. Thank you Paul. I'm still chuckling.
I went up there and they told me since it didnt have insurance on it there was nothing i could do about it i screamed at them for a while and all he did was went to the back and gave me some number to call and file a complaint >
