Throughout 2004, Plaintiff made additional attempts to locate and serve Defendant Kwak. These attempts were uniformly unsuccessful. From that day on till now there has never been one software announcement or a patch or a modifications that was delivered as promised (time-wise). Most of the manufacturers are very prompt with a new peice of hardware or computer but when it comes to software there is usually a longer delay than anticipated. N3 software or a penetration of it is no exception to the rule that NO SOFTWARE GETS DELIVERED ON TIME |

That is another axiom about software. When it is becomes easy to copy or emulate the original authors will discard it. All versions of Microsoft Office are now triply emulated and will be discarded by Microsoft, because the product can't be easily sold. |
