You just havent owned it long enough Plymouth. Mine has been down for a couple days before for the same thing but i still think Nfusion is the better unit for the money.
I checked when all box come down and I buyed a Nfusion because it was up faster than all others, I don't like put money on door stop, for sure KBox is a very good box like Sonicview as well, but in the past Nfusion has proved that they have best support.
So All brands need competitor to keep the high level of support.
Pro is better new technology for the future as 2 years is a long time in FTA

you can look at it couple ways .. yes kbox does reguler "maintance" this last time was long 16 hours thats all. their channels are more stable of what they have Kbox has targeted the international market very strong and have the most channels there. Nufusion does have more problems with veiwing pleasure pixelating and lag. we all know they are fighting off the nova clones and it is big problem for them and the servers. Nfusion has HD. kbox is smaller upcoming company that has proven track record as to go the extra mile and take care of customers ie the heros upgrade to the plus for FREE, didn't matter who u bought it from, customers only had to pay shipping one way, work and parts and shipping home for free. I know of no other FTA company that has dome that. I think the picture is better with Kbox, and i have 2 nfusions. I like the rating system the nfusion has on the movies, kbox doesn't. I like that the nfusion has the ethernet port built in no hub.
