Single channel amp, but two outputs?

My first post here and I did use the search function btw :-)
Just picked up a MTX TC4001 amp for my Sub. It is a monoblock? amplifier and is considered a single channel with 200 W @ 4 Ohms. But after opening the box, I see there is an output for 'speaker 1' and 'speaker 2' and it can also be run at 2 Ohms.

My single 10" sub isn't rated for 2 Ohms, but if I'm connecting that sub up as speaker 1 only, am I getting the full availability of the 200W? And what if I decide on adding a 2nd amp and connecting to speaker 2? I would think that's going to change the amps RMS and Max output.

I appreciate the help.

it is common for monoblocks to have 2 speaker outputs. It's just there for convenience for running more than one speaker lead. They are parallel.
With one 4 ohms sub it would get 200w, obviously. If you connect a 2nd 4 ohm sub to the other speaker output the resulting impedance would be 2 ohms, the amp will produce 400w with each speaker getting 200.
