New member Username: Kells77LeedsUK Post Number: 1 Registered: Aug-09 | Hi i recently got hold of a un used new G4 arrow 3 alarm system which came with proximity sensor 3 and piezo sensor i have a concept 600 on my other car, and also got hold of a used concept 600 a while back but it needs a new loom and i dont have the valet code for it hence why iv got this arrow 3 to use instead which i got at a good price, Now what i want to know is can i change the proximity sensor 3 which came with the arrow for the proximity sensor 4 i have from my spare comcept 600?? can i also fit the digital tilt motion sensor from the concept 600 to my arrow 3 too?? and i also have a glass tamper sensor, can i fit this to the arrow 3 too?? lots of questions, sorry.. has anyone got the intallers guide for the arrow 3?? my firend fits alarms for a living so this isnt desperate but would be nice to have it Thanks |
New member Username: ScoobymaniacDublin Post Number: 9 Registered: Jul-09 | Hi Brad, I don't know about changing the proximity sensors, I'm not sure if that will work although I can't see why it wouldn't. You can add the digital tilt/motion and break glass sensors to the arrow 3 system, just wire them into the same wires as the Piezo sensor and they will trigger that zone. I have the install and user manuals for the arrow 3 system, I can e-mail them to you if you PM me your email address. Phil. PS if you know someone with the Cliffnet Wizard Pro they can reset the valet code on your concept 600. Personally i'd go with the concept 600. |
New member Username: Kells77LeedsUK Post Number: 4 Registered: Aug-09 | hi phill cheers for this reply great help, as said above, i also have a concept 600 on my other car and love it, 9i had this installed new in 2001 ish and its never skipped a beat, i heard i would still need the lost valet code even with the pro version of the software??? i would love to try it tho as id much rather have the 600 than the arrow, do you know if the loom is different to the arrows??? as the concept 600 i have has had the loom cut very short! my email is kells.joy@hotmail.co.uk thanks once again |
