Wednesday, August 05, 2009 - 00:49 GMT Whoops didnt read that right... I would keep the type Rs.. if your looking to get louder theres other options that will work better. 1. Change the box 2. Add more type Rs 3. Upgrade to 15"s or 18"s 4. Add more power You could also do a combo and get way louder... example do 2 15s and double your power.

Wednesday, August 05, 2009 - 04:09 GMT i have always liked the type-r, so i would stick with the ARRRs...that may be a bit big of a box for them but not by much, thats fine... i definately would find an amp that does >1200rms. AQ 1200d comes to mind Sundown SAE1200 or SAZ1500 RD 1000.1 or 1750.1 Massive Audio 1500.1 theres lots of options when it comes to 1200-1500rms @ 1ohm definately upgrade that amp to something of quality and you will notice a difference

Wednesday, August 05, 2009 - 05:35 GMT Power hx2s were sick. There was a monster truck, literally, that was local and had 6 15s walled. Different to say the least. I don't care for any of RFs new stuff, but their T series amps do rated power + which is good.

Wednesday, August 05, 2009 - 05:56 GMT I have the same car and same subs. Make the box subs and port facing into the cabin close as possible to the back seats, then block off all gaps between the box and trunk. Get a nice amp like the saz1500 and you should be pretty loud.
