N3!! Hell, I can't even get a converter Box< worlds coming to an End

Everybody's posting N3 tis, N3 dat, i can't even get a converter box, the shelves are wipe clean, they are gone in a matter of hours, ahundred or so, gone, like they never exisited. WOW!!! u coders are loosing ur cliental, dats lost of revenue, lots of it. And u do Crack it??? (if) most likely they will be expected to purchase new equipment. And they ani't gonna do it. Not when the converter boxes are the new drug, and i heard with the right antenna, u can get up to 30 chans, with da flat antenna. Steady TV, For Free, Don't need a bin......HHmmm

Assuming you live in an area where you can pick up lots of OTA stations. If you live in the rural outskirts, you need something more than an antenna and converter box. And if you do live in a central high population area, you should be buying an HDTV anyway, not a converter box. Get rid of that crappy little tube tv!!!

actually, its a big screen tv, works just fine, been hanging out at the gym lately, so, don't watch much tube anymore, got rid of my couch gut, so...a verter box will be fine for now

HD/Digital Tuner

Adrenalizer, go get a digital converter box and an indoor or outdoor antenna then you can have about a dozen local TV channels depending on your location and antanna type. You can get a $40 coupon for each converter box at this goverment website https://www.dtv2009.gov/

Thanks, um, i got coupon, and i got the converter,box, comp usa, free w\coupon, tis one sucks, cheapie, i get over forty channels thou. I just order online, an digital antenna, one dat u don't need a converter box, and i paid less than half online, and no shipping, dey ship to store, i pick up, kool with me, hey!! the antenna is name Terk HDTVi....suppose to b alot more powerful.kool,-n- 30 bucks, other places had as low as $23, 9or10 for shipping, I git it from walmart, cuz, easy return if i have too, yeah!! i'm kool, just laying in the shade, drinking my lemonade, watchin the news, World Gone Crazy!!! YeP

yeah. my did expire, they renewed it, sent me a fresh one, wanted an RCA converter, none available, not where i live, so, i took wat i could get for an even coupon swap.

mpeg4 is a different compression (code) format. It's just a way that the video is digitized (not encrypted) Many of the FTA receivers will not work with Mpeg4..... so even with a bin, you may alc=so need new hardware.
