I have jus bought a yukon, and i wanted to put a nice sound system in it, but i dont know where to start or what brand to buy. i dont want to just go buy some stuff and not know what i have can someone please educate me on some good brands and point me in the right direction
probably should start by finding out what size speakers your vehicle takes, decide how much you want to spend. Once you figure out a budget decide what you want, like subs, fronts, rears so on. Then try to fit what you're wanting into your budget. Alpine has some nice components that're fairly low priced, like the type r. Image Dynamics also isn't bad on price and the sq is wonderful. If you wanna check out more expensive stuff try Focal, or CDT, RD, things like that. As far as amps not sure what to recommend as I don't know what you're getting, sometimes you can stumble on some really nice deals though if you checkout and ebay and a few other places, like craigslist and such.
