Sonicview/ihub help

When i connect my ihub to my router i get no prompt telling me the dongle is connecting. Anyone run into this problem or have any ideas?

it's suppose to tell you that, but than the message goes away it takes sometimes about 30 sec. Is yours staying on the screen?

Actually i never get any prompt. It's doesn't recognize the dongle at all.

it does it once and if you blink / look away you'll miss the message go to ipconfig and set it up

Paul my channels were freezing then stopped comming in, and then I rebooted the receiver (3600 premier) from the back switch and disconnected the ihub and connected the ihub back in and it prompts that device is not connecting to the network. is this due to the server being down? ill appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks in advance.
