Maybe you're referring to cars like GM. In that case, it's true. Amps on the other hand, Made In USA still out performs anything made in China/India etc. Take any company, like US Amps/Zapco. They make their high end products in USA, and contract out cheaper ones to overseas. It's the same design, but only difference is the labour cost and materials. It's not as durable. If you need solid proof/example, go to Walmart. 99.99% of their "shet" is made from 3rd world countries. You can categorize their employees as 3rd world country labour. Those guys at the top sure love putting the squeeze on cheap labour.
