Good SQ subwoofer

which of these brands is best for SQ. image dynamics, rd audio or jl audio. i was looking in to rd audio but dont know too much about them, are they a good brand for SQ.

if you have the money, the sq of a jl w6v2 is gonna be hard to beat

w6. but id subs all around sound VERY nice, and imo all but the id line will give you more output than the w6.

also look at the shiva-x. very nice sounding sub, one of my favorite subs out.

out of you list.. depending on power i'd get yourself an idmax or a pair of idqs

theres many other options.. not much we can tell you without a budget posted

An IDQ can be one of the best. But give more information for your install that will help in the search for the right sub woofer.

Go try listening to them in person. There's no guarantee the different subs will sound the same in your car.
Try JL 10W7 in a HO box.

i was thinking the sound splinter rl-i would be a very nice balanced sub. thinking of running a pair of 8's myself.
