ok guys a friend of mine has a budget for subs and amp for 600 bucks believe we are going to get a nine.1 for amp... he has a 05 jetta and wants go ported with box and have a good balance of spl and sq so sql i was lookin at fi audio 15" ssd or the q he wants to go ssd cause its cheaper didnt no ur guys opinion or if u have different suggestions on sub amp combo...he wants brand new equipment...running off stock electrical and stock head unit as well ...thanks in advance zack

Fi is always a solid choice... I'd get a better amp though

^^^^Agreed it seems those amps tend to have issues.

i always really liked my nine.1 and never had problems with it (that's not saying no one else has)

i ran a pair of ssd's on a kicker 1500.1 for a while and i think if i were gonna pick between the q and the ssd, i'd go q and port it for sure.

nothing wrong with that amp. and i'd also go with the q ported if going fi.

ok with the price budget what amp would u go with i was goin to go aq 1200 but its sold out
