Gold Member Username: Saqeeb9000Post Number: 4693 Registered: Oct-07 | well k1plus is better.. if u look at few things.. it has pvr, + option of standalone ( i mean with these nagra 3 channels u have to use iks) but once nagra 3 is crack, then will allow standalone bin, so u don't have to use iks all the time, nfusion have lack of usb/pvr, so for hd u have to spend 400-500 , also pic quality is better on k1plus, i know its improved on solaris model but i haven't checked it out.. so vittu nfsuion will get those channels likely but i think it will create them for a demand of pvr model within $ 200 budget.. also it will take some load from nfusion server once people swith to k1plus lol.. it is always good to have competition, don't u think..  |

Gold Member Username: Saqeeb9000Post Number: 4697 Registered: Oct-07 | some more info about the reciever.. reciever was released last year... it was looked similar to koolsat so there was lots of bashing etc with old nfusion home site... it was known as k1hero, at that time, because box was similar to koolsat some koolsat owner bought khub and someone created a file to convert their koolsat6100 to kbox.. so k1plus did what other companies never did before, they ask for to return the box to do the upgrade so that no koolsatowner can switch their box.. they had an excellent customer support, had to pay only oneway shipping, box was upgraded to k1plus (software changed).. now its just k1plus .. now with k1plus what is different than nfusion, it has option of standalone and iks mode, so they release bin after ecm, so after ecm u can swith to standalone if u want to .. or u can stay with iks.. (but with these nagra 3 channels u have to use iks) box had lots of problems at begenning with iks , it wasn't stable, but lots few months things changed they have stabled iks now. now other thing is pvr ,so its built in usb u can record and play to usb/external hard drive.. and pic quality is awesome...} |

Today I disconnected my sonicview 4000 receiver and connected k box receiver. I sellected all four staellites 61.5, 82, 91 and 110 I also selected LNB disc as per sonicview. I connected component out put to my tv as sonicview.. I scanned all four satellites. I find good signal strenght and quality too.. I found details of all scanned channels and programs but no pictures also screen is black white and no sound. I also uploaded latest bin file k1plus_183_20090417.kbx to box. Still no picture. Also I shall configure khub tomorrow. If some special instruction of khub,. Let me know Thanks for reply |

" no ipl available on cbn, it is through special ppv, which is not cracked by nfusion, so there is no way to watch it on any fta rec, u can watch pak vs australia series on cbn, Dilabagh, no special instructions, just connect it to rec, then go to option, on rec , turn user mode to iks and turn off autroll .. thats it.. neil no rec have got ppv's yet, .. only international channels that have been cracked.. i posted the list above, no ppvs Po*rn etc available on any rec yet.. |

If so, I get NDTV and another channel but not Sony, B4U, Zee, Star + , etc. It says "Trying to connect" but nothing happens. It has and worked on 183 file. .Internet, adaptor is fine since it worked before the ecm. Any suggestions? Okay here is the physical network setup: Nfusion ---> Dell 466cx ---> ClarkConnect Router --> Internet First: Nfusion correctly connects to the internet and retrieves data files and IKS when only ICS (Internet connection sharing on the WinXP dell) is running on the above setup. On the dell I ran wireshark (formerly ethereal) to monitor network traffic from the nfusion. It seems that the nfusion communicates with IP 222.122.160.39 on ports 62487, 62489. That server IP address is located in South Korea (Asian Pacific Network Info Centre) and is owned by KORNET, or Korea Telecom. I monitored the traffic for about 24 hours this never changed. The ports were always the same, and more importantly the server IP address remained the same. I had read in some forums that the nFusion uses a "scattered proxy" I know a little about networking, and how to use google and I still can't find out just exactly what a "scattering proxy" is. I had also read that the Nfusion bounces off of 3 different servers. But over a 24 hour period the server IP never changed. Second: This is where it gets interesting . . . There is a way to make your internet traffic anonymous. It is called the TOR network. However, most implementations that I have seen where plugins for web browsers (firefox plugins mainly). Nothing that would mask ALL traffic. Until I saw this, JanusVM. JanusVM runs a virtual PC under windows, that runs a linux machine with TOR and privoxy preconfigured to re-route all traffic on that machine through the TOR network. Using ICS and JanusVM on the same Dell machine, I was able to web surf anonymously (tested out at TORs website), and bittorrent worked (although very slow). On the same Dell machine running ICS that the nfusion box worked perfectly before, if I turned on the JanusVM and rerouted traffic to the TOR network, the nfusion box would not work, no updates, no IKS, no nothing. Turn JanusVM off and then it works like a champ. I disabled windows firewall on the host machine, made sure the 62487, 62489 ports where open in Clarkconnect. Even went as far as to open the entire range 62000-63000. Recap: So to recap, all things the same, routing nfusion traffic through my router and to the internet was no problem, but as soon as I masked my source IP using TOR and privoxy (which works for web surfing and bittorents) the nfusion box refused to work. Details: I just want to point out that KORNET is in SOUTH KOREA (friendly to the USA) and that they are a commercial satellite TV provider for South Korea, having recently launched their own satellite. If the nfusion server is located on THEIR network, how sympathetic to Dish network (a fellow satellite provider) would they be when asked to turn over that nfusion server. Or worse, just monitor incoming connections to that IP so that they can record IP addresses without even getting the nfusion server. The legal precedence to sue customers and end users was set with all this RIAA suing MP3 downloader's using their unique IP address as provided by their internet provider. A site showing a a particular URL does not mean that it is coming from there. You can have an account such as 2. You can have proxy servers that mask the real server IP address. So the fact that things are coming down from one particular server may not be true at all; in fact, a UDP response make come from 100 different servers all saying it came from one particular and different server. |
