118W and 118.7W are references to the same one sat ANIK F3.
With the INVACOM QUAD LNB you won't get many channels- but at present there are a lot of 118W channels not working anyway. To properly scan ANIK F3, you need a 33" Dish and a special LNB designed to pick up ANIK F3 channels. However these special LNBs cost very little - $20-25.
