| Hey everybody I got the CDX-505 RF with a used car that I bought and there is no instruction manual. Since I've been using it, there has been a random clicking sound that shows up while I play CDs. It comes and goes as it pleases, but usually when it's there the only way to get rid of it is to stop the car, take out the mag, put it back in, and then play again. Changing discs while driving sometimes causes it as well. Anybody know why this happens or how to fix it. Thanks a lot... Dave (moose1184@aol.com) |

| Dave - I too, purchased a used car with a CDX 505RF. The clicking sound recently began, while I've been using the disc changer for over a year. Not only is it constantly clicking for me, but it won't play my copied CD's now. Have you found the answer to the clicking? I really don't want to have to purchase a new disc player. Thanks - Steff |
