Posted on I'm going to be hooking up a 12V amp, along with PC computer which will need 12V I probably won't need a headunit since I'll be running the amp off the computer and the speakers off the amp would running an amp AND a computer without the engine running kill the battery too fast? if it would, how could I fix it? |

Posted on what you are planning to do is not a good idea. having a comp in your car is cool, but why would you want to use it for your audio source? |

Posted on actually thats a good point, I was just thinking that there would be no way to hook up the amp to it either way, im putting in a computer for nav and dvd's.. now the question is, will a HU, computer, and amp all together drain it too fast?
