Bronze Member Username: SemperfiPost Number: 79 Registered: Oct-08 | not the new ones? why those ones? |
Gold Member Username: Nd4spd18Philadelphia, PA Post Number: 9802 Registered: Jul-06 | The new ones are insanely expensive thats why people don't recommend them. |
Platinum Member Username: InsearchofbassPost Number: 11325 Registered: Jun-04 | The 04 05 also sound better from what ive read others say. |
Bronze Member Username: SemperfiPost Number: 80 Registered: Oct-08 | because of the age and hours on the motors on the 04-05 and you don't know the condition of the way the subs were treated wouldn't it be more risky to buy that old of a model? |

Bronze Member Username: SemperfiPost Number: 81 Registered: Oct-08 | ok, if money wasn't an issue what would be one of the best 10-12 subs |
Bronze Member Username: SemperfiPost Number: 82 Registered: Oct-08 | SQ Subs** |
Gold Member Username: Van_manBoston South, MA Post Number: 4626 Registered: Mar-06 | you know its coming...wait for it...wait for it..... JL W6 10" or 12" I would run the 10" off ~600wrms and the 12" off ~1000 rms. Prices have come down quite a bit on used ones. for an amp...you need someting that does it at 2 ohms, as the w6's are dvc4's mybe an aq1200. idk what the 2 ohm rating is off hand. |
