Annel check if your dish is right, because all viewsats are up on latest file.

Yeah, I know, I called a few friends too, and they weren't having any problems at all.. Maybe its my satellite positioning? could it be cables? How about my settings? Eek I'm confused..

Sorry I had not see that the signal and quality are good.

Re load the latest bin file, if it not work do a factory default then load the factory bin and satellite info from viewsatusa.com then load the latest bin, now rescan all satellites and it will work now.

Hello Plymouth:

I just did the following and no luck.

1.Factory Default.
2. VS_Ultra_V014 factory bin.
3. SAT info for E7-119, E10,11-110
LNB Power = ON
LNT TYPE = OCS-DP
LNB FREQ = 11250
22KHZ = off
TP Freq = 12224
DiSEqc = Port 1,2
Motor = off
Legacy SW = None

4. Latest bin VS_ULTRA 090203
5. Rescan
I can only see the channel 100 and 103 coming, rest of them are no sound/video.

appreciate your help.

On Viewsat you must keep always the autoroll "on" and wait until the picture come.

If it not work we will try another solution.

I can see that you use OCS-DP.
Is it a DN dish?
