I just found this forum and hopefully a more experienced member can provide some assistance.
I was told last week that my five-year old Mitsubishi WS 65613 needs a new DM moldule, but that this part is no longer manufactured. I have contacted customer relations twice so far, and have been given the runaround. They tell me that I have to provide them with the existing DM module part # so they can determine if they have any. Shouldn't they already know this information based on the tv's serial #?
Have any of you experienced a similar problem? What recourse have you had in dealing with Mitsubishi? And, is this tv repairable?
