Please help, randomly my monsoon system keeps saying Tape Error when I've NEVER used my tape deck!! When I put a tape in, it wont read it. It will play a cd for a little while (but no sound) and then says Tape error. It wont let me push any buttons, it wont let me change tracks for the cd, and it wont let me change radio stations. It only says 88.3. I am STUCK! What can I do to get my tape deck un-errored!
Yes, I stated that above. It'll only play the cd for a little while (but no sound comes out of my speakers, and it will not change in volume).. then after a few minutes, it'll beep and say TAPE ERROR on the screen.
