here's how it went down. on my way home from work today, i had to piss badly. i mean real badly. the freeway being jammed didn't help. so i got off at the next exit and pulled over. ran over to the side of a building and started relieving myself. then all of a sudden, bright lights were flashing at me. it was the cops. the cop gets out and starts walking over to me. by that time i was done. he then tells me i am not supposed to do that and pulls out his ticket book. to make long story short, i got a ticket for urinating in public.
Man, that sucks. We do that all the time and never get busted. You get lines of under-age drunks drainin' the dragon on the side of the road and no one's been caught. Tough luck, dude. I hope it isn't too much.
ohh, how much the ticket would be.. sorry my bad, thought you were talking about something else..nm,
just fight it, it prob like 25 bucks, but just denie it, say you were getting sick.. And if cops want to be asshats, the can get you for indecant exposere, which means you get on the sexoffenders list and have to move from schools and sop giving candy at halloween.
My buddy's have gotten a few of these Chad. I wouldn't worry too much about it man. They just did 1-3 minimum with the chance of parole if they were good.
Nah seriously though, I wanna say their tickets were like $100 or so. Why didn't you stop in at a gas station instead?
that amp snow got today will destroy the 1000.1 at 1ohm any day of the week. the great part about it is, its also a 2 channel amp that can power his comps. so a 2 channel amp that can be bridged to 1ohm for 1200wrms? you can't ask for anything better.
I have bonded people outy of jail for that charge before... The judge at the Marshall court has arrested people when the show up for court and go to Correctional facility and get booked in the have someone post bail. ($500.. $90 to get out) Same deal for loud music ticket!

OK EVERYONE READY !!!!! One more time I have posted this info . many times TAKE NOTES . LOOK AT THE BOTTON OF THE TICKET YOU WILL SEE A LOT OF NUMBERS ,MOST ARE DMV CODES "BUT' One is very inportant! it is c.p.c.853.9(california penal code) EVERY ONE NEEDS TO LOOK AT THAT CODE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN CA. It starts out that the notice to appear issued at curb side will be in lieu of a verified complaint shall constitute a complaint that the defendant may plead guilty or nolo contendere(what they are saying is that the court needs a verified complaint to move on )
Next they say that if you wave the filing of the verified complaint then they can move on the notice to appear ( See they say that it is a notice to appear, not a verified complaint)
Now last they say that if the notice to appear is not verified then at your arraignment you can request a verified complaint be filed ( That means that all you need to do is Demand a verified complaint at your arraingment ) You have to understand that they can not give you a verified complaint, That complaint has to come from an injured person, tell me how did you injure the officer ( did you **** on him ? , I'am serious ) if they don't give you the complaint as I have done for many people you file a Title 42, 1983 action for violating your Constitutional Rights to Due Process ( I have never had to do it ,just the threat makes the court dismiss the action ) especially when you demand it from the Officer in writing , he just doesn't come to court and it goes away No fine ,No points ,Don't believe me then Direct message me I will fax copys of actions that have had the same results . ALSO take note: SAN-BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE SUPERIOR COURTS ARE WELL AWERE OF THIS DEMAND. " LOVE IT "
