cant be any harm getting the biggest alt which can fit in ur ride - also a 2nd batt is nice to have so u can play ur tunes with the engine off ...

I would get a good alt that does 150+ at idle and 2-250 at hwy.

One run of 1/0 should carry the power fine, but a 2nd is always a plus.

One nice extra battery in back would probably cut it.

MLA module.

Fuse size depends on the amperage the amp will pull and if you have other amps like a 4ch or something else. I like to use a 250 for each run of 1/0 and then the size fuse I'll need in the run from the rear battery to the amp.

If by drop low you mean low voltage, then you should be fine assuming it is installed correctly (as far as good grounding, etc.) Especially if you are only running that amp @ 2 ohms.
