I need help to check this Bird out.
I have a large tree blocking most
of Galaxy 25 in front of my home.

Since most the leaves has fell,
here is what I came up with.
Blind scan...........138 TV Channels
Satellite scan.......163 TV Channels
and 127 Radio Stations

What are some of you here coming up with?

Also these are working Keys

00: 5B EB E0 F3 44 B5 65 D6
2E 7E EA 75 D9 00 45 C1

01: 17 69 FD 20 71 08 DF F4

The problem is not yor tree and leaves
The problem is signal too weak
Yor getting some TPs and not the others
Many TPs on 97W are weaker than others
This happens all the time on 97W and 30" dish

To solve this:
- Slightly move yor dish counter-clock wise and re-scan
This will improve weak TPs and slightly lower the normally high ones
- Identify which TP is not coming and set TP during yor repointing
- Trial and error Left/Right until yo get best fit

- In many cases a 90CM dish will provide better signal
- DTV International 36" slim dish works best on 97
- If yo have a motor and still not getting yor desired TP yo may have to lower or raise dish by like a hair

Come back and thank me for getting those weaker TPs
Peace Bro

King Tapeman,

Is DTV International 36" slim dish the same as Directv World Direct 36" dish?

What the model number of your DTV International 36" slim dish?

DTV has 2 versions
- DTV 36" worldDirct (old slim 36x24)
- DTV 36" DTV66E (new 36x25)

Either one beats any winegard 30" round dish

GC is down on all keys since early this afternoon..ONLY Satopia and Icon have the correct keys and working files for GC...need to wait until the GC keys are made public now..

Your location will dictate how many channels you'll get, along with the obvious "clear line of sight"...

Leaves or twigs don't trap frequency
Slightly move yor dish like I told yo
Yo'll get the missing TPs and yo'll be up and runing
I already assisted dozens of people asked me same question

Leaves, twigs, branches, poles, houses, etc block signals, like they block the suns rays!...thats why signals requires a "clear line of sight", just as the wording implies..Objects don't "trap" anything..

Boss
Yo gonna have to trust me on this
It's not optical laser beam
They are electromagnetic waves with much higher density than radio waves and microwaves similar to Cel phones
It takes more than a trap to completely block it

They can weaken the signal but won't trap it
Leaves and twigs won't trap
Not even tree trunks
It takes multiple layers of wood to fully trap as long as they are relatively far enough from LNB

Also rain and clouds don't trap
But the can refract
Refraction as in light
They carry all characteristics of light despite they are invisible to human eye

This is why Ku band smaller dishes are not the greatest
