Ok heres the deal, I was certain I was going to buy the P4600MP because it has all the features I want, xm ready (already have pioneer tuner), mp3 cd, etc. But then i read on these forums that the premier series are better, and I did a little bit of research and it seems that the p4600's premier cousin, the p460mp, costs less money. I'm confused, which one is the better head unit?
Premiers have better sound quality usually, and the big difference is equalizers, sound shaping, preout voltage, and d/a converters. Some pioneers have more eye candy than the premiers, which may be where the money is going.
