5 LNB bracket setup. Help Needed.

I purchased the bracket from here. http://transatelectronics.com/store/allinone-lnb-bracket_P228 They said find 97W first in the center then I'll be able to get the rest(110, 119, 82, 91). I'm using CB2008A to find 97w. I got sonicview 4000. Galaxy 25 doesn't show up on 97w but instead Intelsat AM5 and Intelsat AM5© are listed under 97w. "transatelectronics.com" tech support guy said use Intelsat AM5 in place of Galaxy 25. So here's how it is setup. Sat: Intelsat AM5 LNB PWR: ON LNB type: Universal LNB Frequency: 9750/10600 Transponder: 11749 22KHz: Auto Search Option: All Network Search: On DiSEqC: off Motor: Disable Legacy Switch: off Signal Strength: 75 Quality: 0 I tried chaning lnb type and transponder frequency, nothing happens. Quality remains zero. I tried moving dish around between 82w and 148w. I still don't get quality. Any help be awesome. |

Platinum Member Username: NydasPost Number: 11564 Registered: Jun-06 | You will have difficulty using CB2008A for 97W. Use LNB high/low as above but Try tp Freq. 11716 V and do a scan using LNB type Universal and standard - whicever works. |

Platinum Member Username: NydasPost Number: 11565 Registered: Jun-06 | I do not know the DTV 36" Dish but the 5 LNB bracket is really meat for a wide angle Dish such as Digiwave 18 x 24 or better still 18 x 36. However, the CB2008A will not get the 118 nicely using the wide angle Dish. |
