SonicView 360 Premier -- Scramble Channels..help !!

I'm assuming due to key change? I have auto-roll enabled and reset the box a few times...but still no picture. Can anyone tell me how to manually update the keys on this box?

The word "update" is in the new file name. All sites have it. The origiinal 8/28 147 file was a remake of an old 23 July file and didn't work, so use the "update" 8-28 147 file. SV360Premier_V0147P_Beverly_Fixed082808(updated).zip use this one.
