ViewSat Ultra - Good S, but 0 Q

I aimed to Galaxy 3 and some other satellites, Port 1, 3... got S: 78-80, but Q: 0. No channel at all to view. I read an article said dish has to be 30" or larger. Is this matters? Or should I load some channel list to the receiver? Thanks in advance!

I give you the setup for 61.5W LNB Type Standard LNB high 11250 Tp Freq 12384 With this you can try to aligned your dish. Buy a cheap Satellite tracker 10$ and you dont need to use a TV on the roof.
