i want to recieve arabsat satallite from compton, ca, usa.. i was wondering what dish size or equipment i need to but to recieve that dish.. also is it possible to receive it or not if i buy a 10ft for C-Band and Ku-Band system..
Your not going to get arabsat in US. Arabsat owns and operates five satellites platforms at orbital positions 26° and 30.5° East. Arabsat was created to deliver satellite-based, public and private telecommunications services to the Arab States, in accordance with International Standards. 20 member countries .
what about the hotbird or any of these east satallites that have a free to air arabic channels.. i'm looking to the east satellites that i can get arabic channels from it..
well actually i do have the galaxy 25.. but i'm looking into the east cost satallites that i can recieve because these are the ones that have much more better channels which is free to air.. if anyone can help me i want to know which east satallites i can recieve if i'm on california, usa?? thanks so much for ur help guys..
well first i got to say thanks alot for all of you who is helping me.. ok so you told me that i can recieve arabsat2b if i live in california, usa.. can u tell me what equipment i need like what antenna size?? can i recieve it with a 36" dish or which antenna i need?
ok.. thanks so much plymouth for u great help.. it just that i hated the glaxy arab channels and was trying to locate any other arabic channels that are mostly on the east cost satellites.. anyway thanks alot man.
Andre you can move back to either north Africa or middle east and enjoy watching Arabic TV again. Only kidding....It's true there's more interesting Arabic channels in arabsat and nilesat, maybe we should email teh broadcasters so we can get them here also,
