with a dish the same size as one that picks up Echo and Nimiq?
Is there any other sats that I can pick up on the size dish that picks up Nimiq and Echo? If so, what are the settings?
how do people get the other sats? settings?

No you cant use a small 18" dish
You need to buy a 31" and higher and a universal linear LNB and a motor for some sats and 6' and more and C-Band LNB for some other |

Most of these satellites are on the eastern hemisphere
The only way to pick it from the eastern hemi
30 inch dish and Linear LNB (KuLo)
If yo live in North America
Yo can pick Galaxy 25 and Hispsat 1C/1D
AMC? which ones? there are many of them
