Bronze Member Username: Vt_aholeUSA Post Number: 72 Registered: Jun-07 | hey guys. whats the best way to get more bass out of 6.5" in door speakers? I have subs which definitely take care of the low end bass i just feel that my front speakers arent performing as well as they could. When I turn off my subs i have absolutely no bass coming from my speakers. i was thinking of making something out of mdf. I have no idea where to start tho. any suggestions are appreciated. thanks |

They're meant to produce midbass, but not sub-bass. There's a reason that those speakers are 6.5" and your sub is 8-15". Deaden and seal your doors the best you can to increase performance from your mids. |

I'm not even getting mids out of them. check my profile everything that's in my car is posted. whats the best way to deaden? ive seen pictures of people making small speaker boxes for their doors; i was wondering if that would make sense. |
