You are right if he does not need rear speakers if there wont ever be passangers back there but... if there is they suffer especially if the sub or subs are in the back the passangers do not hear any highs at all my system sounds like crap in the back seats because of the " do not get coaxile speakers, and dont worry about putting speakers in the rear. you dont hear them." Just something to think about. |

But why put midbass drivers in the rear, you want midbass up front near you to enhance your frontstage. But Pm me Invictuz. |

My goal is sound quality and a "full" sound (too often i see installs that are all highs and lows with almost no mids). To this end i am considering the 3 way ES series...and maybe a midbass under the front seats. i already have all the amps i need (pair of RF301m mono, pair of RF301x 4channel and a pair of Orion 2500d mono). My head unit is a bit old and may get replaced; alpine 9831 |
