- Is this a new installation or yo had this working before?
- Do yo have 1-LNB or 2-LNBs?
- What kind of receiver yo got?
- R yo using DISEqC switch?
- List all yor hardware
- List in detail will get yo up and runing in few minutes

If this is not a new installation select ch-505 look in Antenna settings see if yo got signal quality

If this is a VU-Sat
there is a problem caused by Nagra in disabling some channels when yo do blind scan

Solution
Avoid blind scan as much as yo can
Write all yor antenna settings followed factory reset Enter all antenna settings followed by channel scan no blind scan

I have a Pansat 2700A using a Dish 1000 HD Dish installation. In the past when only using a DishPro LNB, I got all the channels. Only now with the Dish 1000 installation, which I use for HD Dish channels. I then disconnect from the 622 DVR and hook up to the Pansat 2700A and the channels listed are gone but all the others are present.

Antenna Settings EchoStar 7 LNB type DishPro; LNB Local Freg. 11250; 22 kHz off; DisqC #1; Legacy SW None; TP (41) 12429 v 20.000; Position Disable; Satellite Scan All ---- EchoStar 7.10 is the same except DisqC is #2. If I understand you, I need to do a factory reset and reset as above, is that correct.

It sounds like a conflict but not a hardware
Yes I would write down all antenna settings
Do factory default
Assign your old settings in antenna settings
Chan Scan 110 first (not blind scan)
Check 110 channels
Chan scan 119 next (not blind scan)
Yo should be runing right away

The factory reset did the trick. Thanks for the assistance. I just kept doing the same thing over and over and never thought about factory reset.

Well I'm glad it worked
It was a trick by design
Created by Nagra
PTA users fall to it as they do blind scan
